This End User License Agreement governs access to and use of the Time Twig software and related services by customers, administrators, workers, and other authorized end users.
License grant
Subject to compliance with this agreement, Time Twig grants end users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for internal business time tracking, reporting, and related workflow operations.
Accounts and workspace access
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of workspace setup, the users and workers invited into the service, and the activity performed through their accounts or shared worker links. Credentials and shared access methods must be protected against unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
End users may not misuse the service, interfere with normal operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the application, bypass access controls, upload unlawful content, or use Time Twig to violate employment, privacy, security, or recordkeeping obligations.
Customer data and privacy
Customers retain responsibility for the data entered into the service. Time Twig may process that data only as needed to provide the product, secure the service, support customers, and comply with applicable law. Additional details are described in the public privacy policy.
Availability, updates, and third-party services
Time Twig may update the software, add or remove features, and rely on third-party infrastructure or integrations to operate the service. Temporary interruptions, maintenance windows, and changes to connected third-party services may affect functionality.
Billing and paid features
If a customer subscribes to a paid plan, billing terms, plan limits, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the plan details presented at purchase and any applicable billing screens inside the service.
Suspension and termination
Time Twig may suspend or terminate access for violations of this agreement, security risks, unlawful activity, non-payment, or misuse that threatens the service or other customers. Customers may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable billing commitments.
Disclaimers
Except as required by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Time Twig does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular legal, payroll, accounting, or compliance use case.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time Twig will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service during the period allowed by applicable law.
Changes and contact
This agreement may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means the customer accepts the revised terms. Questions about this agreement should be directed through the support contact associated with the relevant workspace.
