What we collect
We collect account details, workspace setup data, worker records, project and task metadata, time entries, optional notes and voice notes, billing records, and technical diagnostics used to keep the service stable.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide time-tracking and reporting features, sync activity between web and mobile surfaces, protect the service from abuse, support customers, and improve product reliability and performance.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share limited information only with service providers that support infrastructure, authentication, payments, notifications, storage, and support operations. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Workspace data is retained while an account is active. If an account is deleted, data is removed from active systems and then from backups according to operational schedules, except where legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations require longer retention.
Security
Time Twig uses encrypted transport, access controls, and operational logging safeguards designed to protect customer information. No system is perfectly secure, but safeguards are monitored and improved over time.
Your choices
Users can review or update account settings in the app and can request permanent account deletion from Settings. Customers may also contact their workspace support contact about access, correction, or deletion requests.
Policy updates and contact
This policy may be updated as product features, subprocessors, or legal obligations change. Material changes are reflected by updating the effective date on this page. Privacy questions should be sent through the support contact listed for the workspace using Time Twig.
